# 2882  Canandaigua Come From Behind Win at Hilton

Monday: DAY IN REVIEW: Canandaigua came back in the last quarter in a 11-10 come from behind win against Hilton.  The Braves trailed for the entire contest prior to their final goal with 5:24 left on the clock.  The Cadets, who led by three early in the game, could not tie the game for the sixth time in the final minutes.  The scoring for Hilton was spread out with six players scoring a single goal and the leading scorer (Ryan Butts) finished with 2g-2a.  For the Braves, Mark Belles led with 4g-1a.  Face-off midfielder Shawn Doran finished 18/25 for Hilton, with a team leading 11 ground balls.

Monday: DAY IN REVIEW: The second half of the Thomas at Wayne game was played tonight and the Titans, who led 5-4 when the game was suspended scored two goals in each of the remaining quarters to win 9-6. Sophomore attackman, Joe Russo led the Thomas book with 4g and junior offensiveman John Reagan led the Wayne book with 3g. Thomas plays Gates Chili on Tuesday and Wayne plays Mynderse.

# 2870  B-H Scores Final Three to Win

In a game of streaks, Bloomfield-Honeoye scored the final three goals of the game to defeat Eastridge 12-10.  The Pride, had both trailed by three and led by three at different points in the game.  In the second half, the game was much closer with three ties coming in the final 18 minutes.

Thursday: DAY IN REVIEW: On a cold afternoon and evening fourteen games were played today. Churchville-Chili used a strong second quarter to secure the 11-10 win over Rush Henrietta. The Saints scored the game winning goal with only 0:11 remaining on the clock with an unassisted goal from Patrick Mitchell. (Story Continues.)

# 1408  Regular Season Ends with Five Games

Friday: DAY IN REVIEW: The regular season ended today with five games played and most of them had an impact of the tournament seeding. Gates Chili played the game of the season as they scored 15 goals and held Eastridge to 14 with Kyle Krystan leading the scoring with 4g-3a. Brighton finished their season at 8-8 with a loss to St. Joesph's (Section 6). Gananda and Penfield both had big wins to finish their season.

Monday: DAY IN REVIEW: Fairport scored first and never trailed in a game they could be replayed in the next two weeks. This time the Red Raiders led 3-1 after the first quarter and ended up with an 8-3 win at home.

# 1397  Pittsford and Schroeder Win OT games

Tuesday: DAY IN REVIEW: There were most certainly a lot of exciting games played in the section today that included four one-goal games, two in overtime. Pittsford beat Brighton in overtime and Schroeder won the battle in Webster in overtime. The Finger Lakes Tournament began today with three good matchups.
